Our Attractive Benefits
Opthea offers attractive compensation packages, including competitive salaries based on industry benchmarks, annual discretionary performance bonuses and equity awards, subject to approval by the Company’s Board of Directors and shareholders.
Our health benefits start on the first day of employment, with Opthea covering up to 90% of premium costs for medical, dental, and vision plans.
Our employees are eligible to immediately participate in the retirement plan, with employer contributions and vesting starting on their first day of employment.
We offer 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), 10 days of sick leave as well as 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
